Security Deposit Policy

A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings to cover potential damages, losses, or violations of property rules.

Deposit Requirement:

The applicable deposit amount will be communicated and must be paid prior to check-in. Failure to provide the deposit may result in denial of access to the property.

Purpose of Deposit:

The deposit may be used to cover, but is not limited to:

  • Damage to property, furniture, or fixtures
  • Missing or unreturned items
  • Additional cleaning beyond standard requirements
  • Breach of house rules

Inspection and Deductions:

The property will be inspected after check-out. Any damages or violations identified may result in deductions from the deposit. Supporting evidence may be retained for record purposes.

Refund Timeline:
The remaining balance of the deposit, if any, will be refunded within 24 to 72 hours after check-out, subject to satisfactory inspection.
