The following rules are mandatory and form part of the booking agreement. Non-compliance may result in penalties, eviction, or forfeiture of payments.

Check-in and Check-out:

Guests must adhere to the agreed check-in and check-out times. Late check-out without prior approval may incur additional charges.

Occupancy:

Only registered guests are permitted to occupy the property. Unauthorized guests or subletting is strictly prohibited.

Noise and Conduct:

Guests must maintain reasonable noise levels at all times and avoid any activity that may disturb neighbors or the surrounding community.

Smoking:

Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Evidence of indoor smoking may result in additional cleaning charges.

Parties and Events:

Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing.

Property Care:

Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition. Any damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially liable for any loss or damage.

Utilities and Appliances:

Guests are expected to use all utilities responsibly and switch off electrical appliances when not in use.

Security and Personal Belongings:

Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings. Management shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

Illegal Activities:

Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the booking without refund. Authorities may be notified where necessary.
