Refund Policy

All payments made for bookings are subject to the following cancellation and refund terms:

Please enter a valid Booking Calendar ID.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in are non-refundable

Early Departure:

No refunds will be issued for unused nights after check-in.

Force Majeure:

Refunds in cases of events beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies) will be considered at management’s sole discretion.

Processing Time:

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
